The sphere of the project falls within a vaster revamping program of the urban, building and environmental fabric and is placed inside the Montecity-Rogoredo Integrated Plan of Intervention (PII) which provides the revamping of the area (1,200,000 sqm). The nursery school project proposes the construction of a building with one floor above ground, with a basement destined exclusively to the maintenance of the kitchens and bathrooms and the heating plant, and a room mainly used to house the exchangers as the structure is served by remote heating. The new building will have an L shape and the whole lot will be destined to garden dedicated to the two different users (nursery school and day nursery)...
