CITY LIFE MILAN

The project is inspired by Luigi Moretti corso Italia complex, built in Milan in 1953 as an advanced residential and office urban experiment.
From a functional point of view the project contains free plans and residential units directly connect with ground floor lobbies, gardens and public spaces. Linear blocks and towers are characterized by modular apartments, hedged by balconies. Self shadowed facades are able to provide free natural ventilation inside.
Underground parking are characterized by crossing open area containing vegetation growing under natural light.
