Progetto Italia

The area where the work will be carried out, located in the north-west sector, represents a fundamental line of the urban development of Milan, due to the role played by the
infrastructures of connection to the city and for the development of the new Rho-Pero trade fair center. 

The revamping of the area is based on criteria of reinstallation of mixed functions which improve the liveability of the site which, integrated with a new system of public spaces and pedestrian routes, is an attempt to reconstruct an urban environment in strong degradation.
The design choice of verticalisation of the residential volumes (4 towers) placed in such a way as to create an architectural facade among the roads helps to give the work a representative role.
