Urban restyling project promoted by the Municipality of Bologna as part of Contracts for City Quarters II, cofinanced by the State and Region. City restructuring with high experimental content, focusing on study of energy exchange between tree-lined courtyards and closed rooms, using aeraulic components with high heat recovery. Shared planning with citizens involved in experimentation. Project with very low energy impact, subject to monitoring procedures according to experimental protocol of the Infrastructures and Transport Ministry as part of Contracts for City Quarters II. Centralized control of internal air quality, bioclimatic study of exteriors and of active and passive energy components. Class A, Casaclima Bolzano
