RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS PIEVE
The intervention of new building, located in via Grandi 65, Pieve Emanuele, Fizzonasco, involves the construction of
three new twin buildings for residential use Morphologically, these buildings present themselves as free, on a square plan, with three floors, with a height less than ten meters, highlighted and enhanced by the design of a very pronounced and projecting frame, made of reinforced concrete which also has the function of moving and enrich the design of prospects.
They are composed of a staircase and a central lift that allow the distribution to nine residential units, all with double facing. Each apartment also has two small balconies overlooking private gardens and green residential planned and designed so as to make it less noticeable the presence of the canal that borders the project area to the east, by shielding natural boxwood hedge and replanting of tall trees all along the outer perimeter of the intervention...
