The restoration of this listed building is around 12,000 sqm and is located in Via Lagrange, one of the most important historical and shopping street of Turin.
It is on 6 floors plus 3 underground levels for the parking.
The project foresees the restoration of the building with its new high technological glass façade and the interior layout.
The plan for the building and technical plants regards the whole building.
Particular care has been given to updating the technical services of the building necessary to run the highly sophisticated technological apparatus in use by the client.
Even the architectural floodlighting has been projected.
New technologies has been used to layout the interior stands.
