TORRI NATTA - MILAN
The project plan is for a large area between Via Osma, Via S. Elia, Via Natta and Via Trenno behind the car park of the underground station Lampugnano. The aim of the project is the urban and environmental transformation of the area C19.2. The plan envisages several different functions for the area, including infrastructure, enhancement with imposing buildings of secondary town planning work.
This includes public gardens, shopping center, walking and cycling tracks, and three residential buildings of 5-10-15 floors above ground respectively, a young people’s meeting center and the organization of sports areas connecting with the school buildings and the nearby racecourse.
The chosen area for the new buildings and the place where the two residential towers are envisaged is on the north-west boundary of the plot, creating a gateway with the shape of a courtyard inside and with public and commercial activities at street level.
